The Black Swan is the perfect venue for your Wedding Reception, Holiday Party, Birthday or other celebration.  Schedule your Corporate meeting in this professional yet relaxed setting, complete with professional presentation facilities and seating for up to 200.  Handicapped accessible with elevator.

The Black Swan provides a modern kitchen for professional caterers, including gas stove, ovens, refrigerator and ice maker.  A triple Stainless Steel sink and food preparation tables are included.

A bar area is available with sink and double beer tapper, along with a large 3-piece wood bar that can be configured in various shapes to accomodate the size or arrangement  desired. 

An outstanding sound system is provided, allowing input from your audio source (MP-3 / I-pod / computer).  A wireless microphone is also available to make announcements or presentations easily heard throughout the hall.  A large wall mounted projector screen is available for viewing video images, along with a ceiling mounted video projector, which can be connected to your computer via a VGA cable.

Copper-colored glass chandeliers throughout the hall are individually dimmable.  Track lighting is also controlled by individual dimmers, and can be aimed at banners or focused on specific areas of the hall as desired.

Comfortable cushioned wood chairs and tables of various diameters are provided, along with several rectangular tables and 4 x 4 spot tables.

A coat room is provided, along with attendant if requested.

Valet parking is also available.

The hall accomodates band set-ups, with outstanding accoustics, and the polished and stained concrete floor surface works well for dancing.
